DC is Art


art is on the walls, under the bridges...


it is in the spaces, and underground



 art is underfoot, it is life
in the bricks -
it's sweat and life and death


 color is all around, culture and dimpled knees. War creates art, even the clouds inspire





old and young are forced to create -
a mandate from the gods
